GIRLS GOLF – FIRST TEE – NORTH FLORIDA SOCIAL AND GOLF EVENTS
In addition to Girls Golf weekly classes, we conduct special Girls Golf Social and Golf Events that are fun, engaging, and empowering for all girls, ages 5-18. We anticipate hosting 10-15 Girls Golf Events during the calendar year, so be sure to check here regularly for updates. PLEASE NOTE: The only way to sign up for our Girls Golf Events – so that you’re on the official Event roster – is to register for these Events through the First Tee – North Florida class/event registration system here on our Chapter website. Most of our Events have limited enrollment spaces. Register for our Girls Golf Events through the “Register My Child” button!

MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRED:
• Calendar-year LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Membership at First Tee – North Florida is required to participate in our Girls Golf Special Events. See LPGA Membership page to sign up for your free calendar-year LPGA Girls Golf Membership.
• A separate calendar-year Junior Membership purchased from First Tee – North Florida is optional and is not required to attend our Girls Golf Social and Golf Events. CLICK HERE for First Tee – North Florida Junior Membership details. The Chapter Junior Membership is separate from the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Membership.
IT’S AS EASY AS 1-2-3 TO REGISTER FOR OUR GIRLS GOLF EVENTS!
- First, be sure that you have already registered as a current calendar-year member in LPGA*USGA Girls Golf – First Tee – North Florida, by using the LPGA Girls Golf mobile app; be sure to choose Girls Golf – First Tee – North Florida as your “home” LPGA Girls Golf site.
- Login to your First Tee – North Florida parent account using the “Register My Child” button on this website. Or, if you don’t have a parent account yet, create one by following the prompts.
- Scroll through the categories of classes and events being offered at First Tee – North Florida; select the one(s) you want; add the particular class(es) or event(s) to your shopping cart, and then proceed to check-out and finalize with payment. That’s it!
Girls Golf Events are open to all LPGA Girls Golf members ages 5-18, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds within 48 hours preceding an event,
on the day of an event, for no-shows or absences on the day of, or after the event has occurred.
Scholarships are not available for our events.

• FLAMINGO SUNDAE FUNDAE PARTY, AUGUST 27 -> SundaeFundae Party Photos
It sure was a party! A combination Back-to-School, End of Summer, Labor Day, Flamingo holiday party! After long drive and putting contests for two age groups, girls moved outside and chalked the parking lot. Then, it was time to chill and cool off with creative sundaes! Each of our contest winners won both contests in their age groups! Congratulations to Madison in the Pineapple group, who eeked out the putting win in a 3-way playoff. Congratulations to Ransley in the Aloha group, who took both contests outright. Shout-outs to Adeline and Hilton who had holes-in-one in the putting contests! Ready, Set, FlaminGO! • SUMMER CAMPS JUNE/JULY -> Summer Camp Photo Folders
Three Girls Golf Summer Camps in 2023! Too much fun! Our Royal St. Augustine Camp started the summer with a fun week in June. The following week, we held Girls Golf Camp at Palm Valley Golf Club. Rounding out the summer, our third Girls Golf Camp Girls moved the party indoors at our Innovator’s Clubhouse. Girls learned new golf skills, had awesome practices, and a whole lot of fun! Camps featured Pink Shirt Days and Girls Golf Hat Days. These camps had it all, along with one of the 5 E’s each day of camp! Click the link for the photos by summer camp week!



• SUMMER KICKOFF GIRL/PARENT EVENT, MAY 23 -> Let’s Get Ready for Summer Photos
Girls and their parents started summer golf season with an amazing practice session featuring instruction at the driving range, putting green, and bunker area on Tuesday, May 23, at the newly renovated St. Johns Golf Club in Elkton, FL. Afterwards, girls competed in two age groups at a long putt contest. Congrats to the age group winners: Group 1 – Scarlett (1st), Mikyah (2nd), Ransley (3rd); and Group 2 – Macie (1st), Emilia (2nd), and Kennedy (3rd). Girls and parents blasted out of the sand, perfected their putting strokes, and smashed some long drives. Girls were Empowered and Energized all the way around! Click the link for the photos!

• EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA: APRIL 2 -> Easter Eggstravaganza Photos
Girls Golf members (and coaches and parents) had a blast at our 2023 Girls Golf Easter Eggstravaganza on Sunday, April 2. After an Easter Egg Hunt in our parking lot, girls participated in a long drive contest on the simulator and a three-hole putting competition. Girls also decorated a variety of Easter crafts and enjoyed Easter-themed treats. We had two putting playoffs, one in each age group. Congratulations to Alyssa Kaplan and Katelyn Powell, putting playoff winners; and to Aislin Langley and Claire Ayanleke, winners of the long drive contests! • SWEETHEART SCRAMBLE: FEBRUARY 20 -> Sweetheart Scramble Photos
What a beautiful day for our first Girls Golf event of the year! Girls and their guests played a 9-hole scramble at Blue Cypress Golf Course. Girls gained confidence as they played golf with other girls and adults. Great weather, and lots of fun for all! Take a look at the action photos from the course and the group shots. It was a great way to start our Girls Golf 2023 calendar!

• 3rd ANNUAL GINGERBREAD GAMES HOLIDAY PARTY: December 11 -> Holiday Party Photos
Oh, what fun it was! Girls showed their creativity by decorating holiday ornaments and gingerbread man cookies! The cookies were so good, most of them never made it home! Girls also had their putting skills on display in two putting contests. Congratulations Aislin and Paige – winners of the Putting Contests! • HALLOWEEN FRIGHT NIGHT GHOULISH GIRLS GOLF PARTY: October 28 -> Halloween Party Photos
Our Halloween Fright Night Ghoulish Girls Golf Halloween Party was a be-witching good time! Girls in costumes decorated craft pumpkins, hit golf shots on the simulator, played Glow-Ball Putting in the dark, and took their shots at Zombie dodgeball. • SUNDAE FUNDAY: August 28: -> SundaeFunday Photos
What do you get when you combine golf practice, golf competition, and make-your-own sundaes? Our Girls Golf SundaeFunday! What an afternoon it was! After practice sessions for long drive and putting, girls engaged in spirited and friendly age-grouped competitions. Congratulations to Long Drive Champ Evelyn and Putting Champ Madison in the age 5-7 group. In the age 8-12 group, Emily triumphed as the Long Drive Winner, and Scarlett earned the putting champ title by 1 stroke! Afterwards, girls got creative with ice cream and a variety of toppings to make their own sundaes! • RED, WHITE & BLUE GOLF SKILLS CHALLENGE: June 29 -> Red, White & Blue Photos
Girls at our 3rd Annual Red, White & Blue Golf Skills Challenge had a blast with the age-based group competitions in putting, chipping, and long drive! Girls looked awesome in red, white and blue. There were playoffs in putting and chipping for added suspense. Winners of the skills challenges earned themed prizes. Parents made great spectators and cheered on the girls.


• BRING A PARENT TO PRACTICE DAY: May 15 -> Parent Day Photos
Our Bring a Parent to Practice Day at the Slammer & Squire practice areas had something for everyone! Not sure who learned more: the girls or their parents/adult guests! Participants received instruction and pointers for putting, chipping, and full swing from our coaches. After the group waited out a rain delay, it was back for more practice!

• EASTER EGG HUNT: April 3 -> Easter Egg Hunt Photos
It was an awesome day for an Easter Egg Hunt! Girls searched for eggs filled with treats and prize tickets, then created Easter-themed crafts and enjoyed Easter treats. Girls also worked on their golf skills on the indoor golf simulator and putting green. It was a hoppin’ good time for girls, parents, and coaches alike!

• SWEETHEART BOWL CHALLENGE: February 19 -> Sweetheart Bowl Challenge Photos
What a great afternoon with the girls and their guests in not-your-average putting and chipping challenges! There was even a putting playoff.
